Greetings! I’m Minjoon (Miles) Choi, an incoming Computer Science Ph.D. student at the University of Maryland, College Park.
Prior to that, I did my undergrad at Seoul National University, being advised by Prof. Lucy Lu Wang and Prof. Sang-goo Lee.
I work on natural language processing, and my research focuses on making language models (LLMs, VLMs) reliable and trustworthy. I have a deep interest on:
Previously, I have worked for 3 years as a software engineer at Dunamu, a Fin-Tech corporation that developed Korea’s #1 digital asset exchange Upbit.
